ملخص الوظيفة
Supervise and coordinate piping hydrotesting activities in accordance with approved procedures and project specifications.
Ensure proper preparation of piping systems including flushing filling pressurizing holding and de-pressurizing.
Coordinate with QA/QC construction and HSE teams for inspection testing and documentation.
Monitor test pressures identify leaks and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures PTW systems and project standards during hydrotest activities.
Requirements
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.
Minimum 58 years of experience in piping hydrotesting activities including supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of hydrotest procedures test packs pressure testing equipment and safety requirements.
Experience working with QA/QC documentation and client inspections.
