We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for overseeing complex systems engineering projects leading a team of talented engineers and driving technological advancements in our industry.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of systems engineering projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Lead the design development and implementation of cutting-edge systems and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements architecture and integration strategies
- Conduct thorough system analysis identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions
- Oversee the entire systems engineering lifecycle from concept to deployment and maintenance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including system specifications design documents and test plans
- Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in systems engineering
- Present regular progress reports and technical recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Science Systems Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in systems engineering with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in systems integration lifecycle management and requirements analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Project Outlook)
- Experience with systems modeling tools and techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to systems engineering
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related purposes
- Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment in Doha Qatar
