As a Commis youll play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and learning from experienced chefs.

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients by washing peeling chopping and measuring according to recipes
• Support chefs in cooking basic dishes and meal preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workstation
• Adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards
• Receive and store deliveries ensuring quality and accurate quantities
• Assist with plating and garnishing dishes as directed by senior chefs
• Clean kitchen utensils cookware and equipment
• Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff and meet required timelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment

Qualifications :

• Saudi National eligible for the Tamayyaz Program
• Little to no work experience required; ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to 6 months of relevant experience
• Basic English language skills
• Strong passion for the hospitality and culinary fields
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with a collaborative attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours based on departmental needs
• Customer-focused mindset with a calm and courteous demeanor
• Basic culinary knowledge or keen interest in learning culinary arts
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment
