Purpose
Lead Naqla s daily logistics in Saudi Arabia with a focus on loading and offloading operations for heavy trucks. The role will design and implement workflows grow and manage the fleet base contract with vendors and establish service standards (SLAs) that ensure reliability and efficiency as Naqla expands in the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day trucking operations ensuring efficient loading and offloading times at factories warehouses and ports.
- Design and implement operations workflows tailored to the Saudi market.
- Manage fleet acquisition and build strong relationships with drivers.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Create and enforce SLAs for fleet performance service quality and turnaround times.
- Monitor operational KPIs and resolve issues to maintain service reliability.
- Support Naqla s expansion by identifying new routes and opportunities.
Requirements
Requirements
- 6 10 years of experience in trucking or logistics operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management slot management and turnaround times.
- Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Hands-on leadership with the ability to manage drivers and carriers directly.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with using digital tools.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
