We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Faculty Member to teach mentor and guide students in our Medical-Surgical Nursing program. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in medical-surgical nursing a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. This role offers the opportunity to impact future nursing professionals through a combination of classroom teaching clinical instruction and curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate or graduate nursing students in the Medical-Surgical Nursing program.
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective course content including lectures and clinical experiences.
- Supervise students during clinical rotations and provide mentorship to ensure clinical competency.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and evaluation of the nursing curriculum.
- Provide academic advising and support to students throughout their program.
- Participate in faculty meetings committees and departmental initiatives.
- Engage in research professional development and community service related to nursing education and practice.
