CFO

Connectalents the leading recruitment & HRO company in MENA is currently hiring a CFO in Sherton Egypt for a leading supply chain and manufacturing solutions provider.

Our client provides unprecedented supply chain transparency and creates efficient manufacturing processes that maximize business performance empowering growth and community wellbeing through a unique value proposition.

• Lead the companys overall financial strategy and governance.
  
• Oversee accounting operations financial reporting and compliance (IFRS).
  
• Manage budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.
  
• Lead financial due diligence for M&A and strategic investments.
  
• Partner with executive leadership on business and growth decisions.
  
• Ensure strong internal controls and risk management.
  
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
  
• CPA or CMA is highly preferred.
  
• 10 years of progressive finance experience.
  
• Strong IFRS knowledge.
  
• Proven experience in due diligence and M&A.
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  
• Experience in fund raising valuation and startup is a must
  

Candidates with experience in the following industries are strongly preferred:

• Industrial Automation & Engineering
  
• Technology / IT Services
  
• AI Digital Platforms and Open Architecture Systems
  
• Manufacturing or Engineering-driven environments
  
• Multinational or Regional Corporate Organizations (MNCs)
  

Experience within regional or multi-entity environments (MENA) is a strong advantage.
