Data Annotation Specialist

Job Description

Were looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Data Annotation Specialist to join our this role youll play a key part in training AI and machine learning models by precisely labeling and annotating data across multiple formats including video images and audio. The ideal candidate is quality-focused consistent and adaptable to shifting guidelines and tools. Youll also have the chance to help improve our processes take part in proof-of-concept projects and work closely with cross-functional teams to boost the accuracy and efficiency of our annotation pipelines.

About the position

As a Data Annotation Specialist you will be responsible for accurately labeling and annotating various types of dataincluding images videos audio and textusing specialized tools to tag objects actions or speech patterns. Youll ensure data quality by adhering to strict accuracy and consistency standards following detailed annotation guidelines and adapting to changes as needed. This role involves working across multiple data modalities and quickly adjusting to new tools or evolving processes. Youll also play a role in process improvement by identifying inefficiencies suggesting optimizations and participating in quality assurance and validation efforts

Responsibilities:

1. Annotate and analyze videos images or audio using the provided labels by internal tools and guidelines.
2. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting productivity targets.
3. Understand and follow complex annotation guidelines and adapt to evolving labeling instructions.
4. Other tasks related to annotation when needed like providing feedback on tool functionality/bugs and labeling guidelines to help improve efficiency and accuracy. Participate in proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives and other tasks aimed at enhancing our workflows and overall processes.
