We are currently looking for Airline Payment Gateway Expert for our Qatar operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.
Skills and Experience:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Work with product owners business team CMO and vendors to gather business requirements related to payment systems.
- Align Payment gateway requirements with business and technical needs furthermore provide analysis on the provided requirement to initiate the implementation/development.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct end to end testing of integrated payment systems to ensure proper handling of transactions portals settlements and chargebacks.
- Assist the UAT Team to create test plans test cases and support to perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate the functionality and performance of payment solutions.
- Reporting of SIT/UAT issues with vendor and making sure to get resolution of any issues that arise during testing phases.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the liaison between internal teams(BusinessCMORiskB24) and external vendors(HDPS) or Government/Non-Government merchants
- Manage merchant onboarding including registration integration and set-up payment processing set-up training support and post on-boarding support
Production Support:
- Provide ongoing support after payment gateway implementation to ensure smooth operation.
- Analyse and provide solution for PLV issues ensuring minimal disruptions in payment processing.
- Support the continuous enhancement of payment features based on user feedback.
