ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong Agile Coaching expertise to lead and optimize our delivery processes across multiple portfolios. This role will focus on driving Agile transformation improving delivery flow and aligning Agile outcomes to business value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise-level Agile coaching project/program delivery and leadership engagement.
Experience:
- 12 years in IT delivery including 7 years in Agile coaching and transformation.
- Proven experience in enterprise-level Agile adoption and project/program management.
- Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile frameworks DevSecOps and automation practices.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe LeSS Scrum Kanban DAD).
- Expertise in Agile metrics OKRs and value realization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Jira Confluence and other Agile lifecycle tools.
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams for effective transformation.
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong in Arabic
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in banking or financial services domain.
- Ability to tailor frameworks to organizational needs rather than applying them rigidly.
Strong communication and facilitation skills including experience as a keynote speaker or trainer.
