Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accountant with strong SQL and analytical skills to manage hospital financial operations. The role involves handling accounting activities financial analysis billing data review and supporting management with accurate financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting activities including AP AR GL and reconciliations
Analyze hospital billing revenue and expense data using SQL queries
Prepare MIS reports financial summaries and variance analysis
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Coordinate with billing insurance and operations teams for data accuracy
Ensure compliance with hospital policies accounting standards and audits
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce
Proven experience in hospital or healthcare accounting preferred
Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel MIS dashboards)
Understanding of hospital billing insurance and revenue cycles
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Experience
2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance
Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setup is an advantage
Preferred
Experience with hospital ERP or HIS systems
Knowledge of compliance audits and financial controls
