Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Channelium Letter Bending Operator to fabricate high-quality channel letters for signage projects. The role involves cutting bending and shaping aluminum (channelium) strips according to approved drawings and layouts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in signage fabrication strong attention to detail and the ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate channel letters by cutting bending and shaping aluminum (channelium) strips as per signage drawings
Operate manual and/or CNC channel letter bending machines
Ensure accurate dimensions smooth curves and clean finishes on all fabricated letters
Assemble channel letters and prepare them for further processes
Coordinate with acrylic LED painting and finishing teams to ensure seamless production flow
Interpret technical drawings layouts and design specifications accurately
Perform quality checks to ensure fabrication meets company and client standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines tools and work areas
Follow all safety procedures PPE requirements and workshop policies
Report machine issues material defects or safety concerns to the supervisor
Complete assigned work within project timelines and production schedules
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or technical certification in a relevant field
1–2 years of experience in signage fabrication channel letter bending or related industry
Experience operating manual or CNC channel letter bending machines
Ability to read and interpret signage drawings and measurements accurately
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Knowledge of aluminum (channelium) materials and fabrication techniques
Basic understanding of LED signage and acrylic components (advantage)
Good hand-eye coordination and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
