ملخص الوظيفة
- Inspect all deliveries for freshness cleanliness quality and accuracy; reject damaged or incorrect items.
- Process incoming goods ensure correct invoicing and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Proactively manage receiving activities identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with delivery collection storage loading bay upkeep and support stores cellar and purchasing as required.
- Continuously review processes to improve efficiency and service levels.
- Carry out additional duties or provide cover in other departments when needed.
- Report and address hazards immediately; comply with all safety fire and emergency procedures.
- Ensure emergency procedures are practiced and enforced.
- Maintain a safe environment by complying with laws and promoting health and safety awareness.
Qualifications :
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
- Accurate record-keeping and strong attention to detail.
- Purchasing experience with supplier interaction and IT systems knowledge.
- Understanding of market trends and industry knowledge.
- Strong teamwork multitasking ability and calmness under pressure.
- Enthusiastic service-driven and committed to excellence.
- Experience in hotels or goods receiving stores or purchasing roles.
- Professional reliable resilient and solution-oriented.
