Mission Technologies a division of HII is seeking a high-caliber Staff Electrical Engineer to join our elite engineering team in Alexandria VA. This role is pivotal in driving the technical vision for upcoming mission-critical programs. You will serve as the technical lead for hardware development within the various phases translating complex government requirements into innovative cost-effective and manufacturable electrical systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Systems Software and Mechanical) to architect next-generation solutions for C5ISR electronic warfare and autonomous systems.

This position supports an on-going proposal. When the proposal is awarded HII will seek to hire for this position immediately.
