Role Summary
Recruitlytics is seeking a detail-driven Client Support & Operations Processing Coordinator to support customer communications case processing and administrative task management. This role is designed for someone who enjoys structured workflows understands customer service professionalism and can handle a high volume of requests while maintaining precision and calm.
You will function as the bridge between customers and internal operationsensuring requests are captured correctly assigned efficiently and completed to standard.
Day-to-Day Workflow Youll Manage
Handle inbound client requests and sort them into structured workflows by priority
Create and maintain accurate case entries including timelines notes and required actions
Reply to customers using professional writing standards and approved messaging formats
Track progress of open items and follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
Review customer details for inconsistencies and request clarification when necessary
Prepare daily productivity updates for leadership or operations review
Support appointment scheduling reminders and internal coordination tasks
Ensure records remain clean complete and properly categorized for reporting purposes
Escalate urgent issues with correct documentation and context to avoid delays
Qualifications
1 year experience in customer service admin support operations or coordination roles
Strong written communication and confidence handling client-facing messaging
Ability to work across multiple systems (email spreadsheets case trackers)
Strong organization skills and the ability to stay consistent under volume
Professional judgment reliability and strong time management
