Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage IT operations including network infrastructure hardware software and cloud services.
- Oversee IT budgets cost management and resource allocation.
- Ensure data security risk management and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with other department heads to identify and implement technological solutions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance business efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor technological advancements to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Lead mentor and develop the IT team to ensure continuous growth and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- 10 years of experience in IT management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in IT strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity network architecture and cloud computing.
- Experience with ERP systems CRM platforms and enterprise software solutions.
