Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Senior Supervisor to join our this role you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis process for our company. You will work closely with our finance team to develop budgets forecasts and financial reports to support our business strategies and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the financial planning and analysis process including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis - Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions - Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management on financial performance and key metrics - Monitor and report on key financial and operational KPIs - Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data - Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements - Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts - Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures - Participate in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis preferably in a supervisory role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling - Experience with financial planning software (e.g. Adaptive Insights Hyperion) is a plus - Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proven leadership and team management skills We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity for career growth and development - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Exposure to a wide range of industries and clients - Supportive and inclusive company culture If you are a motivated and results-driven finance professional with a passion for analysis and leadership we would love to hear from you.
