Job Title: QA/QC Manager
Location: Qatar
Job Summary
The Client is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to manage and deliver road infrastructure and asset management projects. The role requires extensive international experience particularly outside the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region with strong expertise in road maintenance and performance-based contracts (PBC). The successful candidate will provide technical leadership manage multidisciplinary teams and contribute to advanced engineering and asset management solutions.
Key Requirements
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Manager in road infrastructure projects.
Minimum 10 years of experience in road infrastructure projects outside the MENA region.
Mandatory experience in road asset management and/or road maintenance projects including Performance-Based Contracts (PBC) outside the MENA region.
Experience in Qatar as a manager for road infrastructure projects is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Qatar standards specifications and regulations is an added benefit.
Qualifications & Documentation
CV must be supported by valid certificates and experience letters.
Relevant academic and professional qualifications in civil engineering transportation engineering or a related discipline.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate road infrastructure and asset management projects of moderate to high complexity on behalf of the Client.
Lead and supervise specialized technical teams ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
Apply advanced engineering and asset management principles to complex professional assignments.
Contribute to the development and formulation of advanced technical concepts methodologies and solutions.
Provide specialist technical services to support project requirements.
Independently perform highly complex professional tasks requiring sound judgment and specialized expertise.
Ensure compliance with Client requirements applicable international standards and local regulations.
Coordinate with stakeholders consultants contractors and authorities to achieve project objectives.
Competencies
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Proven ability to manage specialized disciplines and multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent technical expertise in road infrastructure maintenance and asset management.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for complex technical deliverables.
