WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations ensuring compliance with company policies safety regulations and operational efficiency.
The role involves managing inventory logistics distribution and workforce while driving cost control quality assurance and process optimization.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Responsibilities
To follow up with the customers' requirements and execute in an organized manner and with accountability. To get the customers confidence the work must be completed within the time limit as specified by the customers. Monthly Inventory Reports: to be recorded and signed by authorized signatory and to be properly documented and kept in the file.
Planning: Executing the work in a well planned manner starting from arranging the materials to issuing the materials. All the locations in all the levels are to be properly identified regarding the items.
Quality checks along with Ashghal team and act based on their requirement.
Follow with the Service Provider and do all the correction which is happen during QC.
Quality Ensure all received stock conforms to purchase order specifications.
Conduct quality checks for critical materials.
Maintain proper documentation for materials.
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards. Oversee material binning packing and preservation processes.
Closure of audit action items within specified time.

Ensure timely handover of materials as per workorders
Coordinate for inter-warehouse material transfers.
Maintain and enforce health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
Monitor safe handling storage and disposal of hazardous materials. Ensure warehouse infrastructure and equipment are well-maintained.
Supervise warehouse contractor staff to maintain safe working conditions.
Develop and train warehouse personnel to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain discipline and adherence to company policies.
Ensure smooth communication between warehouse teams and management.
Provide leadership to maintain a collaborative work environment- setting targets giving feedback and taking prompt corrective actions

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum seven (7) years experienced of supervisory I managerial who will be managing and in charge of the Service Provider's team and activities.
The Warehouse In-Charge will be the focal point of communication with the Authority's Warehouse Management.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations inventory control and logistics management.
