Melon Brains is looking for a creative and trend-driven Reels Creator to join our team. This role is focused on producing monthly short-form video content for social media with a strong emphasis on creative hooks storytelling and staying up to date with the latest shooting and editing trends on TikTok and Instagram.
Youll be responsible for turning ideas into engaging reels that stop the scroll and fit each brands tone while working closely with the content and marketing teams.
Job Responsibilities
Shoot and produce monthly Reels for social media platforms
Write strong creative hooks that grab attention in the first seconds
Stay updated with the latest TikTok and Instagram trends formats and styles
Edit short-form videos using modern fast-paced and platform-native techniques
Collaborate with content strategists and designers to align visuals with messaging
Adapt content style based on brand identity and campaign goals
Propose new reel ideas based on trends performance and audience behavior
Requirements
13 years of experience creating short-form video content (Reels / TikTok)
Strong understanding of hooks pacing and viral content mechanics
Hands-on experience with shooting and editing videos
Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut Premiere Pro or similar
Always up to date with social media trends and content formats
Ability to work full-time and manage a monthly content output consistently
Portfolio or samples of previous Reels or TikTok content is required
