ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Driver to join our team in Ras Abrouq Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers or goods to designated locations
- Plan and optimise routes using local knowledge and GPS navigation systems
- Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort throughout the journey
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records of trips mileage and fuel consumption
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies ensuring safe and responsible driving
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records when required
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times
- Report any accidents damages or mechanical issues immediately to management
- Adapt to changing schedules and be available for flexible working hours as needed
Qualifications :
- Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type in Qatar.
- Proven driving experience preferably in a professional capacity
- Excellent knowledge of Dohas road network and traffic regulations
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic laws
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading of items when necessary
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Ability to remain calm and focused in challenging situations
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and maintaining record
