To ensure the safety and security of students staff visitors and college property by managing all security operations staff systems and emergency procedures.
Supervise security guards and control their schedules and duties.
Monitor CCTV alarms and access control systems.
Respond quickly to emergencies accidents or safety threats.
Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments.
Coordinate with police Civil Defense and other authorities.
Train staff and students on emergency procedures.
Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and college regulations.
Bachelor s degree in Security Management or related field.
5 years of experience in a security role (2 years in a leadership role).
Knowledge of KSA Civil Defense and MOH safety standards.
Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
Experience with CCTV and security systems.
Leadership and team management
