Quality Assurance Engineer

The role of Quality Assurance Engineer is crucial for the successful delivery of NCR Atleos Professional Services projects. This position is located at a customer site in Jeddah KSA. Its responsibilities consist of the following:

• Prepare test cases based on technical design documents
• Execute test cases on self service terminals
• Report issues to the development team and follow up on releases
• Identify and report test environment issues and follow up with customers team to ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with customers testing team to prepare test data
• Support customers team during SIT UAT etc.
• Basic troubleshooting on issues to identify root cause

The following qualifications are required

• Degree on Computer Science IT or related field
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in quality assurance preferably in a Financial Institution
• Good understanding of web based technologies
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Saudi national
