Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5 years of senior-level HVAC Sales Engineering experience in Qatar.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems filters and HVAC-related machinery.
Hands-on experience working with HVAC service providers in Qatar.
Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
Excellent communication negotiation and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and support team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies for HVAC systems services filters and machinery.
Generate new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts across the Qatar market.
Work closely with HVAC service providers contractors consultants and end users to promote company offerings.
Prepare and review technical proposals BOQs and quotations based on project requirements.
Conduct site visits for technical evaluation and solution recommendations.
Support negotiations pricing strategies and contract finalization to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with engineering procurement and project teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and upcoming projects in the HVAC sector.
Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
