Job Description:
Responsibilities
Monitor enterprise IT infrastructure applications and services using dashboardsmonitoringtools and event management systems.
Detect log and escalate incidents and alertsin accordance withstandard operating procedures (SOPs) and SLAs.
Perform first-level triage and basic troubleshooting to resolve or route issues efficiently.
Communicate real-time system outages and performance degradation to relevant support teams and management.
Maintain detailed andaccurateincident tickets and operational logs.
Follow predefined workflows andparticipatein major incident bridges when needed.
Support scheduled and ad-hoc health checks and reporting tasks.
Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure service availability andtimelyincident resolution.
Participate in shift-based operations (including night/weekend shifts if).
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science ora relatedfield.
01 years of experience in IT support NOC helpdesk or system monitoring roles (internships or training programs accepted).
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure components (servers networks databases).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds Nagios Splunk Zabbix Dynatrace or similar) is a plus.
Understanding of ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow Remedy Jira Service Desk).
Awareness of incident problem and change management processes (ITIL preferred).
Other Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation Certification (optional but preferred).
Exposure to scripting (e.g. PowerShell Bash) or automation tools is a plus.
Knowledge of SLAs KPIs and enterprise-level support environments.
