Job Title: Managing Associate Financial & Strategy Consulting

About the Role
Our client a leading advisory firm in Qatar is seeking a Managing Associate Financial & Strategy Consulting to join their dynamic team. This is a hands-on client-facing role where you will work on high-impact projects across multiple industries.
You will support clients in financial restructuring corporate strategy M&A advisory and operational improvement delivering actionable insights that influence critical business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct feasibility studies for new projects investments and business ventures.
Perform business valuations for mergers acquisitions and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial restructuring and turnaround strategies.
Assist in market entry expansion planning and operational improvement initiatives.
Support M&A and post-merger integration advisory including due diligence and transaction support.
Contribute to corporate strategy and long-term planning.
Build financial models analyze data and produce actionable insights.
Assist in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) frameworks where required.
Mentor and guide junior team members on project execution.
Required Experience & Skills
510 years of experience in financial strategy consulting M&A advisory or corporate finance.
Strong expertise in financial modeling valuations and strategic planning.
Experience with restructuring feasibility studies and corporate advisory is highly desirable.
Knowledge of GRC frameworks is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving communication and presentation skills.
Experience in leading project workstreams and mentoring junior teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and tools like Power BI or Tableau.
MBA or advanced degree preferred; professional certifications such as CFA CPA ACCA are a plus.
