We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This position is exclusively open to candidates eligible under the Tawteen Program. As a Business Development Officer you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities expanding our client base and contributing to the overall growth of our organization in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive company growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Generate leads and convert them into profitable business partnerships
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and proposals
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functions
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales preferably in the Saudi Arabian market
- Strong understanding of the local business landscape and market trends
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
- Eligibility under the Tawteen Program is mandatory
- Position is open for Saudi Citizens only.
