ملخص الوظيفة
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret architectural drawings specifications and design intent for fit-out projects.
- Oversee on-site construction activities ensuring work is executed per approved drawings timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including consultants subcontractors suppliers and site teams.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to resolve design or construction issues on-site.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage RFIs site instructions and variation orders.
- Supervise and inspect installation works including partitions ceilings finishes joinery and MEP coordination.
- Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports snag lists and handover documentation.
- Collaborate closely with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials as per specifications.
- Assist in project planning cost control and resource allocation from the contractors perspective.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Architectural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong site experience with a solid background on the contractor side.
- Excellent knowledge of materials construction methods and finishing standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit MS Office and other project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards
