Are you passionate about connecting people with career opportunities Were looking for freelance international recruiters to source and place fresh-entry and mid-level talent for Business Support & BPO roles across Europe and North Africa.

Requirements

Fluency in English (all interviews conducted in English)
Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
Confident using sourcing tools job boards and professional networks
Availability of at least 28 hours per week
Resilient positive and target-driven mindset
Financially stable to work on a commission basis (pay per hire no fixed salary)

Responsibilities

Actively source and attract top talent (70% active sourcing)
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Collaborate with team leaders to align with hiring needs and highlight USPs
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ongoing communication with candidates and clients
Draft and publish engaging job ads (30% passive sourcing)
