About the Role:
We are looking for a People Associate (HR Admin) to join our dynamic team in Rabat.
Reporting directly to the HRBP you are responsible for organizing and coordinating administrative duties and expenses procedures.
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant environment ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication.
A successful People Associate will act as the point of contact for all employees providing administrative support and managing their queries.
Your responsibilities:
-HR Administration & Support
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries delivering timely and professional support on HR matters
Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records across HR systems ensuring data integrity and compliance
Prepare employment documentation such as offer letters contracts and onboarding/offboarding paperwork
Support the HRBP in the coordination and implementation of HR projects and initiatives
Assist in drafting and updating internal HR policies in line with local legal requirements and company standards
-Payroll & Data Management
Ensure monthly payroll input is accurate and submitted on time in close collaboration with the HR and Finance team
Track changes affecting compensation (e.g. promotions contract changes exits) and ensure proper documentation and system updates
Maintain high-quality data across all HR platforms and generate reports as needed for internal or external use
- Employee Life Cycle & Compliance
Conduct pre-employment checks and ensure candidate documentation is complete compliant and collected
Support the HRBP in managing key moments in the employee life cycle from probation reviews to contract renewals
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal procedures flagging any risks or discrepancies
Who you are:
A Master or Bachelor degree in an HR related field or equivalent through experience
Minimum of 3 Years minimum of proven HR experience in any service industry particularly in payroll administration and employee relations in a mid-sized organization operating on a regional/multinational level within the Moroccan market.
Extensive understanding of employment laws and HR policies.
Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
Fluent command of English French and Arabic in both written and verbal form
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
Familiarity with HR systems data entry and report generation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with employees HR providers and department managers.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Discretion in handling confidential HR matters.
