Position Overview:
As a Principal Engineer - Civil and Road within our Infrastructure you will lead high-profile projects ensure technical excellence and maintain strong client relationships. You will provide strategic direction mentor junior engineers and drive the successful delivery of complex Infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Civil and Road for various projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong productive client relationships serving as the primary point of contact for major projects.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Prepare and review detailed technical specifications drawings and documentation ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Manage project resources and schedules ensuring optimal utilization and financial performance. Provide regular reports on project status technical performance and team development to senior management.
- Prepare reports calculations and design documentation
- Prepare design using Civil 3D software for BIM environment.
- Assist in managing Infrastructure projects supporting senior engineers and project leaders in delivering successful outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field. Masters degree preferred.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Civil and Road Design with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Extensive experience in design of Civil and Road Design.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards codes and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
