ملخص الوظيفة
- Operate and maintain centrifugal chillers pumps valves and cooling towers.
- Monitor and record hourly readings of chillers pumps and cooling towers.
- Maintain chilled water temperature and monitor VFD frequency and flow as per demand load.
- Inspect and maintain chiller oil refrigerant levels and vane actuator operation.
- Perform condenser descaling and monitor blowdown records.
- Maintain breakdown logs and condenser water tank levels.
- Repair and service pumps valves AHUs FAHUs FCUs etc.
- Conduct cleaning and preventive maintenance (PPM) for cooling towers.
- Support PPM team in planning energy and water usage.
- Operate and monitor BMS and chemical dosing systems.
- Verify monthly water analysis reports and maintain PH & conductivity logs.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and ensure proper shift handover.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years total including at least 6 years in the Middle East.
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of centrifugal chillers and HVAC systems.
- Good monitoring and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic BMS operation knowledge.
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
Requirements
