- Support inventory control and minimize wastage.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as Commis 1 or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Knowledge of hot and cold kitchen techniques and food presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence.
- Team player with good communication skills.
