Job Summary
We are seeking a committed Staff Physician to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Staff Physician team at a top-tier hospital in Saudi this role you will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients perform specialized procedures and support the PICU team in delivering safe high-quality treatment. You will also contribute to teaching and research activities helping advance the hospitals reputation for excellence in critical care medicine.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct high-quality care to patients.
- Perform specialized procedures within your privileges.
- Offer consultative services to other departments when requested.
- Supervise and support residents and junior physicians in clinical practice.
- Participate in teaching and training activities for residents and fellows.
- Contribute to ongoing research projects in critical care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies procedures and quality standards.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Graduate from a recognized medical school.
- Completion of specialty/subspecialty training in GI.
- Certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission (mandatory).
- Dataflow verification (mandatory).
Language
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
