Job Overview
United Feed Co. is seeking a highly organised and efficient Operations Officer to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. This is a fulltime position. The Operations Officer will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our daytoday operations. You will be responsible for coordinating various operational tasks supporting different departments and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company. This role requires a strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company procedures.

Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with crossfunctional departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective resource allocation.

Support the implementation of operational strategies and process enhancements.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational processes.

Resolve daytoday operational issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates must have 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar role preferably within industrial or logistics sectors.

Handson experience in the following areas is highly preferred:

Bulk Handling Operations

Port Operations

Silo Operation & Management

Logistics and Supply Chain

Feed Mills Operations

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
