Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role located in Cairo Egypt for a Brand Manager at Br s. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies managing marketing campaigns analyzing market trends and ensuring brand consistency.
key responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Manage brand positioning messaging and tone across all channels and platforms.
- Lead marketing campaigns (online & offline) from concept to execution and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content partnerships design product) to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor brand performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights.
- Oversee content and creative development in coordination with designers and agencies.
- Manage and grow Braes Egypt s digital presence across social media and other platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (Master s is a plus).
- 3 5 years of experience in brand management marketing or a related role.
- Experience working in beauty or hair products is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools social media platforms and performance tracking.
- Ability to lead campaigns manage timelines and work crossfunctionally.
