Roles and Responsibilities - Team leader
1.Complete shift management for the assigned shifts
2.Roster Management and its adherence
a.For Delivery staffs in the assigned shift
b.For logistics associate in the shift
c.For core colleagues and temp staff in the assigned shift
3.Ensuring timely putaway and pickup of stock transfers
4.Adherence to all warehouse SOPs in case of excess/shortage or damages recd in
5.Timely response on transfers pre alerts from source warehouse
6.Ensuring minimal delivery breaches and timely handover of orders to drivers
7.Ensure timely customer complaint resolution
8.Be responsible for the health and safety of the staff present in the shift
9.Must have the ability to handle any crisis via escalation management
10.Submit timely end of the shift reports and ensure 100% cash collection closure
11.Training of core colleagues and DAs on the relevant processes
12.Customer initiated returns - ensure CIRs are picked up and processed as per policy
13.Send shift end report for all the activities done
14.Follow up with relevant 3rd party vendors directly for any concerns or absenteeism
Requirements
2.Shift adherence % (Delivery staff and core colleague checking as per roster)
7.Transfers picking adherence as per capacity
8.Productivity of core colleagues and DAs
2.Command over excel/google sheets
3.Previous knowledge of inventory management preferred
4.Previous experience in logistics sector preferred
5.Knowledge of English & Arabic preferred
