Job Scope:
Motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2 year of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment. Skilled in sourcing screening and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles across different departments. Proficient in using various recruitment platforms and social media channels to attract qualified candidates. Committed to delivering a smooth and professional candidate experience while supporting hiring managers with timely and effective recruitment solutions.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
At least 2 year of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in the Construction industry is a plus.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Facebook Forsana etc.).
Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Ability to create clear and accurate job descriptions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
