This is a remote position.

We re working with a visionary fintech company headquartered in Riyadh that is developing a peertopeer lending platform aimed at empowering the underbanked population. This initiative addresses a major gap in the financial services market by connecting individuals seeking microloans with retail investors through an intuitive secure and datadriven ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
  
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  
• Set up and maintain monitoring logging and alerting systems to ensure platform reliability.
  
• Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes Helm and Docker (with K8s running on AWS or GCP).
  
• Improve fault tolerance system resilience and deployment security.
  
• Configure zerodowntime deployments and implement canary release strategies.
  
• Integrate and champion DevSecOps practices (SAST/DAST secret scanning etc.).
  
• Collaborate on service architecture design and influence key technical decisions.
  

Candidate Requirements

• 4 years of experience in DevOps infrastructure engineering or related roles.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructureascode tools.
  
• Familiarity with Kafka and messagedriven architecture is a plus.
  
• Good understanding of networking protocols Linux systems and security fundamentals.
  
• Proficient scripting in Bash Python or Go.
  
• Bachelors degree (or higher) in IT Computer Science or Engineering.
  
• Experience in banking or fintech environments would be a plus.
  
• Intermediate or higher level of English is required.
