ملخص الوظيفة
- Performs all supervisory functions for the Kids Club Staff according to company policies and procedures including hiring qualified Kids Club Attendants training performance.
- Assist with performance appraisals and corrective.
- Attends all club staff meetings.
- Ensures that the Kids Club area is clean and maintained according to set standards at all times.
- Ensures that all toys and other objects are clean and ensures the safety of children in Kid s club area. Follow all safety rules and practices.
- Ensures that all Kid s club staff maintains current CPR certification for all ages.
- Trains all Kids Club attendants to perform duties according to company policy
- Project a positive friendly and caring attitude at all times while interacting with children and their parents
- Provide parents or guardians information of the childs behaviour and any unusual occurrence or activity involving their child.
Qualifications :
- List any licenses or certifications required by the position: CPR/AED First Aid
- Relevant degree such as High School and College Degree in General Education Education Early Childhood Education Management Tourism Hospitality Communications Teaching Hospitality and Tourism Management
- Must have previous experience working in the hospitality industry.
