Were seeking a personable and proactive individual to serve as our Front Desk & Employee Engagement Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of the company while also planning and executing fun meaningful internal events and initiatives.
What will you do
Front Desk Duties
- Greet and assist visitors clients and vendors in a warm and professional manner
- Handle mail deliveries and office supplies
- Support administrative functions for departments as needed
Employee Engagement Activities
- Plan organize and execute employee events such as teambuilding activities wellness programs and holiday parties
- Gather employee feedback and suggest ways to improve workplace culture
- Partner with HR or leadership to drive engagement strategies
- Track participation and measure success of events and programs
Which Talent do you bring
- associate or bachelors degree required.
- 1 years of experience in reception or office coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Friendly energetic and passionate about people and culture.
