Job Description Summary
Act as a Chief Rider Officer CRO for thousands of Talabat Riders across multiple cities in Egypt.
Managing and improving the rider performance of allocated cities across the country. Taking ownership of rider service levels by measuring compliance finding performance gaps and executing a plan to fill performancerelated gapsJob Description
Role Scope:
Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance
Responsible for reporting containing handling and solving all onground activities/issues within the assigned zone.
Lead Rider Recruitment for all the zones in allocated cities
Responsible for assessment of any internal fleet promotions
Lead a Team of Rider Team Leaders and Rider Coordinators
Manage rider roster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/offdays etc
Supervises rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer
Inventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipments
Groom rider quality (behavior appearance professionalism presentational etc)
Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve the performance of lowperforming riders
Reduce rider complaints originating from customers
Accountable to handle/solve daytoday/arising issues beyond his main scope that may affect the zones performance.
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications needed:
Bachelors Degree
45 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc GSheet GSlides GForms etc
Strong communication skills both written and verbal. English and Arabic are a plus.
Influencer and negotiator with good public speaking and presentation skills
People management skills: Experience in managing bigger groups of people
