Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a Senior-level ITSM Consultant for a Qatar-based role. The position requires a seasoned professional with a strong consultancy background in ISO 20000 / ITSM, capable of leading end-to-end implementations and acting as a trusted advisor and brand representative for client engagements.
Job Title: Senior ITSM Consultant (ISO 20000)
Responsibilities:

Lead and successfully implement end-to-end ITSM (ISO 20000) projects

Establish and manage risk management frameworks aligned with client-specific requirements

Conduct risk-based Information Systems audits
-
Review, enhance, and finalize project-level ITSM documentation and obtain client sign-off

Manage and strengthen client relationships throughout project lifecycles

Present findings, deliver reports, and conduct professional consultancy services
Requirements:
-
5–7 years of relevant experience only in ITSM / ISO 20000 with a consultancy background

Proven track record of handling 11+ end-to-end ITSM implementations

ISO 20000 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification (mandatory)

ITIL certification is an added advantage

Strong English communication and presentation skills

Ability to represent the company brand professionally with clients
Salary Range:
-
QAR 13,000 – 17,000 per month (all-inclusive), depending on candidate profile
