Job Title: Process Engineer Factory
Job Overview
A leading organization in the paper manufacturing sector is seeking a motivated Process Engineer to support factory operations in Jeddah. The role focuses on analyzing optimizing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity quality and cost efficiency while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
Monitor production performance process parameters and key operational metrics on a regular basis
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency reduce waste and optimize resource utilization
Support continuous improvement programs such as Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or similar methodologies
Collaborate with production maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth process execution
Assist in root cause analysis for process deviations quality issues and production losses
Propose corrective and preventive actions and support their implementation on the shop floor
Prepare process documentation reports and performance improvement summaries
Ensure compliance with safety standards quality systems and company procedures
Support trials process modifications and production ramp-ups as required
Essential Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial Mechanical Chemical or related discipline)
1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Saudi National (mandatory requirement)
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of process analysis optimization and continuous improvement principles
Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions
Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs process flow analysis and productivity improvement tools
Basic exposure to Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
Willingness to work in a factory environment
