Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the progress of project delivery both internally and in coordination with clients.
• Ensure ongoing follow-up of project schedules milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare formalize and monitor meeting minutes action plans and project status reports.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with internal teams (Product Development QA Delivery Support) to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of project management practices and reporting.
• Support project managers in identifying risks dependencies and deviations and in implementing corrective actions when required.
  

Profile & Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role or equivalent project coordination position.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of software development environments ideally within a FinTech or regulated context.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
