Core Responsibility
- Perform routine tasks and processes necessary to keep the department running smoothly adhering to established timelines and quality standards.
- Collect organize and maintain relevant data. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management highlighting key metrics and findings.
- Act as a key liaison between the Department Name team and other internal departments (e.g. Finance HR Sales) to facilitate project completion.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for departmental processes policies and procedures. Assist in onboarding and training new team members as required.
- Identify troubleshoot and escalate operational issues promptly recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and minimize friction.
Qualifications
Must-Haves (Basic Qualifications)
- Relevant professional experience in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) or equivalent G Suite tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
- A Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working in a fast-paced automotive real estate banking or accounting Sales Customer Support and logistics
- Familiarity with information technology or the market e.g. machine learning frameworks European regulatory standards.
