We are seeking an experienced Head of Real Estate & Development to lead strategic growth and expansion for franchise operations across local and international markets. The role is based in Kuwait and requires a proven track record in securing prime real estate and driving development initiatives in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic growth and expansion plans for franchise operations
Identify evaluate and secure prime real estate opportunities for new restaurant openings
Oversee site selection feasibility studies and lease negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Lead real estate and development initiatives across the GCC ensuring alignment with business objectives

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience as a Head in real estate or development
Experience in franchise operations across local and international markets
Proven GCC experience
Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities
Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills

Compensation & Benefits

Annual air ticket allowance for self spouse and two children (up to 18 years) residing in Kuwait
Private medical insurance (including dental) for self spouse and two children after probation
Performance-based bonus (company and individual)
Temporary accommodation provided (12 months) until residency formalities are completed
Documentation fees: home country borne by candidate; Kuwait fees covered by the company
