We are seeking an experienced Regional CRM & Loyalty Manager based in Kuwait to lead CRM and loyalty initiatives across the GCC. This role falls under Operations and is ideal for candidates with strong experience in homegrown restaurant brands.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage CRM and loyalty strategies across GCC markets

Design and execute customer engagement campaigns

Develop and analyse customer feedback surveys

Partner with operations teams to enhance customer experience

Track performance metrics and optimise loyalty programmes

Oversee CRM initiatives across multiple GCC locations
Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years managerial experience in CRM & Loyalty

Currently working as a CRM & Loyalty Manager
-
Experience in the restaurant industry preferably with homegrown brands
-
Proven GCC experience
-
Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills
Compensation & Benefits

Annual air ticket allowance for self spouse and two children (up to 18 years) residing in Kuwait
