Foreground is partnering with a leading F&B group in Kuwait to appoint a Director of Retail Expansion who will shape the brands growth strategy identify new market opportunities and oversee the rollout of new outlets across the region. The organisation is entering an ambitious expansion phase and requires a commercial strategist capable of balancing pace with operational rigour.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in retail development franchising or F&B expansion with a strong understanding of market analysis site selection commercial modelling and brand positioning. Strong collaboration skills negotiation capability and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders are crucial. A forward-thinking mindset and experience scaling consumer-facing brands will be important differentiators.
