ملخص الوظيفة
The CAD & Scoping Technician provides expert technical support for project planning and execution by using CAD Revit and related design software. The role focuses on producing accurate technical drawings detailed design documentation and precise scoping for branding and signage projects.
Experience Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in the signage and branding industry.

Strong proficiency in CAD design technical drafting and project scoping.

Excellent command of the English language.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Drafting
-
Produce accurate and detailed drawings using CAD or Revit based on project requirements.
-
Ensure all drawings comply with company standards project specifications and quality criteria.
-
Support the design team by preparing plans sections details and layouts for branding and signage projects.
2. Project Scoping
-
Assist in defining and clarifying project scope based on client requirements and technical objectives.
-
Collaborate with Project Managers Scoping & Installation Managers the Project Director and other departments to confirm design details and specifications.
3. Technical Knowledge & Support
-
Apply expertise in materials fixing systems installation methods and equipment used in signage and branding projects.

Provide technical recommendations to improve design efficiency and reduce project costs.

Review drawings and suggest improvements for constructability and performance.
4. 3D Modeling Rendering & Scan Processing
-
Process scans using Leica Cyclone Revit or similar applications to produce accurate project models.

Create 3D models and renderings to visualize branding and signage concepts.
-
Produce high-quality visual outputs to enhance design presentations and technical communication.
5. Documentation Management
-
Maintain well-organized records of all drawings models revisions and renderings.
-
Ensure all documentation is updated stored correctly and accessible to relevant teams.

Prepare and update workflow documents related to design and project scoping.
6. Collaboration & Communication
-
Coordinate closely with project management installation teams and R&D departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Participate in project meetings providing input based on design and technical scoping requirements.
7. Continuous Improvement
-
Stay informed of advancements in CAD tools 3D modeling rendering techniques scan processing technology and industry best practices.

Engage in ongoing professional development to improve technical knowledge and skills.
