ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage and enhance the value of our real estate portfolio in Doha. This role requires proficiency in Arabic to effectively manage tenant relations and local compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete management lifecycle of assigned real estate assets including commercial and residential properties.
- Maximize property occupancy rates and rental income through effective marketing and tenant retention strategies.
- Manage property financials including rent collection budget preparation expense tracking and financial reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants addressing inquiries resolving complaints and managing lease agreements.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with the Facility Management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and adhere to safety standards.
Mandatory Requirements:
Educational Qualification: A formal educational qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Real Estate Business or Finance) is required.
Total Experience: A specific level of total experience in property or asset management is required.
Experience Certification: Relevant professional certifications or experience documentation are required.
Language/Nationality: Proficiency in the Arabic language is a key requirement for this role.
